ABOUT me​

Coaching is my great passion, which I see as a great tool for positive transformation of our lives.
In coaching, as well as in my personal life, I follow the principles of Milton Erickson:

  1. People are okay as they are – each of us is different, each unique, and the differences between us are beautiful.
  2. People have all the necessary resources within themselves – they can overcome any problem with their own inner potential, they just don’t know it.
  3. A person always makes the best choice at any given moment – even if, from today’s perspective, our decision seems to be a mistake, it’s likely that at that moment, we could not have made a better one.
  4. Every behavior has a positive intention – sometimes it is unconscious, especially if our emotions are in control.
  5. Change is inevitable – we change throughout our lives, we gain something, we lose something, we gain more experience and wisdom, changes are inevitable and accepting it is inevitable

Before life coaching, I worked in various companies, managed people and corporate processes.
I also was involved in learning coaching for many years (as a tutor of Polish as a foreign language).
I speak 5 languages, 3 of which I taught myself using my own method, and I achieved this when I was over 40.
My current experience includes areas of life coaching, changing limited beliefs, working on better communication, creating good habits, finding passion in life, and learning coaching (fostering openness, curiosity, and learning new things in life, not just foreign languages).
I completed postgraduate studies in life coaching. I am currently a student of personality psychology and positive psychology.
I conduct coaching sessions in English, Spanish, and Polish.
